Video Consultation
- Payment for consultations is collected via Venmo or Zelle, which will
be provided in our email response to your time and date request. - Payments are fully refundable if the consultation is canceled or
rescheduled at least 72 hours before the consultation. Payments are
non-refundable if the consultation is canceled or requested for
rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance. Payments are non-refundable
after the consultation. - Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made via email.
Requests to reschedule may be made only once per consultation, after
which further rescheduled requests will be declined and payment will be
non-refundable. - Video consultations are not meant to be a substitute for full-service or
interior decoration services—specific suggestions for your space may
be offered during the consultation, but professional services such as
mood boards, renderings, and budgets will not be provided as part of
the video consultation. - Limitation of liability: in no event shall Harry Young Design be liable for
any of the advice or suggestions made during the video consultation.
