Book a 1:1 Video Consultation

If you are interested in a video consultation, book a time below. You will receive an email confirmation with payment instructions.

Payment

Make your payment using the instructions from your confirmation email. You will receive a follow-up email with a link to our Zoom Meeting,

Install zoom

Follow the instructions to download and install Zoom on your desktop or mobile device. Be sure to have this completed before our call.

Join the Video Call

Ready! We will join the call and discuss our ideas for your space. You will have the opportunity to share videos or pictures of your space.

The rate is $400 per hour.

1. Payment for consultations is collected via Venmo or Zelle, which will
   be provided in our email response to your time and date request.
2. Payments are fully refundable if the consultation is canceled or
   rescheduled at least 72 hours before the consultation. Payments are
   non-refundable if the consultation is canceled or requested for
   rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance. Payments are non-refundable
   after the consultation.
3. Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made via email.
   Requests to reschedule may be made only once per consultation, after
   which further rescheduled requests will be declined and payment will be
   non-refundable.
4. Video consultations are not meant to be a substitute for full-service or
   interior decoration services—specific suggestions for your space may
   be offered during the consultation, but professional services such as
   mood boards, renderings, and budgets will not be provided as part of
   the video consultation.
5. Limitation of liability: in no event shall Harry Young Design be liable for
   any of the advice or suggestions made during the video consultation.
